Urrús Keyworking, Care Planning and Case Management Programme (Level 6) – Closing Date 10/08/22
This NFQ Level 6 programme is offered in response to the emerging skills, knowledge and practice needs of new and existing keyworkers in the drug and alcohol, homeless and broader social care sector. The twelve-week programme leads to a component award in Person Centred Planning (6N2206) QQI Level 6 and Boundary Management (6N2207). The programme is accredited as QQI Award (Minor) Level 6 – Further Education and Training. The programme offers a progression pathway to the Level 7 Diploma in Community Drug and Alcohol Work delivered in partnership by Urrús and University College Dublin.

Diploma in Community Drug and Alcohol Work (NFQ Level 7) 2022 – 2023
This comprehensive and professional course is run by Urrús in partnership with University College Dublin and intended to provide participants with a range of skills and knowledge both academic and practical which will enhance their effectiveness in responding to the complex issue of drug and alcohol misuse within a community environment. This one year intensive programme leading to a NFQ Level 7 Diploma awarded by National University of Ireland, University College Dublin, is based on community development principles and uses adult learning approaches in its delivery. The programme is accepted as part fulfilment of the educational requirements for membership of Addiction Counsellors of Ireland and offers a progression pathway to B.Soc Science with UCD.
